Email signatures for healthcare and clinics

Clinic email signatures, calm and patient-facing.

A practitioner's face, the clinic's details and a way to book, in a signature that holds no patient data, tracks no opens and moves quietly.

What it is for

An animated signature, at work on every email.

For a clinic, that is a calm, familiar face on every appointment email, with a way to book under it.

  • A face they remember.

Your photo moves in the design's own motion, then rests. A name in an inbox becomes somebody they have met.

  • Seen on every email you already send.

No campaign to plan and nothing extra to send. It travels under the mail you write anyway.

  • One banner, changed everywhere.

Schedule a campaign and the banner under your signature changes by date. Once your signature carries the slot, emails you have already sent show the new one the next time they are opened.

  • Clicks counted. Opens never.

See which links people follow, as totals. There is no tracking pixel in any signature, so nothing records who opened an email.

  • Finished in every inbox.

Where a mail client will not animate, it shows the first frame, and every design makes the first frame the finished picture.

  • Fits the narrowest phone.

Every design is 320 pixels wide, so a message never shrinks to make room for the signature under it.

The short answer

What should a clinic's email signature include?

The practitioner's name, title and qualifications, the clinic's name, address and phone number, its website and a booking link. Leave out anything about patients, and use a signature that records nothing when a patient opens an email.

01

Nothing about patients, ever.

A signature is the same for every email, so it holds only the sender's details. The product stores your signature and images and a count of clicks on its links. It never sees your emails or who they go to, and there is no pixel recording when a patient opens one.

02

Calm motion.

Patients read clinic emails when they are anxious. Choose a design whose motion is a single soft light across the photo, then stillness. Nothing flashes or loops quickly, and in a client that will not animate it is a clear, still signature.

03

Booking, one tap away.

Add your booking page as the calendar icon, or a banner that says Book online. Patients reading on a phone can rebook without calling, and the link works from every email the clinic sends.

04

Seasonal notices with an end date.

Flu clinics, holiday opening hours, a new service: make each a campaign with a start and an end, and it appears under emails only while it is true.

Questions

What clinics ask

Does it track when people open my emails?

No. There is no tracking pixel in any signature. Clicks on your signature's own links are counted, and that can be switched off on your dashboard.

Is any patient information stored?

No. The signature holds only the sender's own details. The product does not see emails or recipients, and counts only clicks on the signature's links, with no information about who clicked.

What do recipients using Outlook see?

Current Outlook plays the animation unless animation effects are switched off in Windows; older versions show the first frame. Every design starts on its finished frame, so either way they see a complete signature.

How much does it cost?

Your first month is free, with no card needed. After that it is £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year in the UK, €2.99 or €29.99 where the euro is the currency, and US$2.99 or US$29.99 everywhere else, with tax included, and you can cancel at any time.

A familiar face before the appointment.
