Getting started
Your first signature, from sign-up to sent.
Create your account
Sign up with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Microsoft. The first month is free and no card is asked for.
Read moreAdd your photo and logo
Upload them during onboarding and crop them to fit. Your photo is what the animation is made from; a transparent PNG logo keeps its transparency.
Choose a design
Every design is drawn for one animation of your photo. Your details carry across when you switch, so try a few.
Read moreHow the free month works
Everything is open for a month. After that, choose a monthly or yearly plan in Settings to keep editing; installed signatures keep working either way.

Creating your signature
Designs, details, colours and the animation.
Change colours and fonts
The Brand panel sets your palette for light and dark, and any field the design allows can take its own font, weight and size.

The builder's last section turns your photo's animation into a 400x400 GIF you can download and use anywhere.

Installing
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and phones.
Install in Gmail
Copy the signature on the Install page, then paste it into Gmail's Settings, Signature. Set it for new emails and replies.

New Outlook and the web: Settings, Accounts, Signatures. Classic Outlook: File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
Read moreChange an existing Outlook signature
Select it in the signature settings, replace its contents with your new copy, and save.

Most phone mail apps store plain text only. Set the signature on your computer, or in Apple Mail on the iPhone, and mail sent from there carries it.
Troubleshooting
When something doesn't look right.
The animation doesn't play in Outlook
Older Outlook for Windows, or Windows with animation effects off, shows the first frame only. That frame is your finished photo, so the signature still looks complete.
Read moreThe signature pasted as plain text
In classic Outlook, paste with Keep Source Formatting (Ctrl+Shift+V). Paste into the signature editor, not into an email first.
My changes aren't showing
A signature already pasted into your mail client keeps what it had. Copy it again from the Install page and paste it over the old one.
Images don't show for a recipient
Their client may block images until they allow them. Your name, role and links are text, so they still read.
It looks wrong in dark mode
Some clients invert colours. Preview dark mode in the builder, and use a logo with a solid background or a light outline.

Analytics
Clicks, banner loads and what they mean.
What is counted
Clicks on your signature's links and banner, approximate banner loads, and the country and device a click came from, as daily counts. Opens are never tracked.
Read moreTurn link tracking off
Switch it off on your dashboard. Copies made after that link straight to their destinations.
Banners and campaigns
Scheduling what sits under your name.
How campaigns work
With campaigns on, your signature carries one slot filled when an email is opened, so a scheduled banner appears without a new copy.

The higher priority shows; on a tie, the one that started later.
Between campaigns
The slot shows your own banner from the builder, or nothing, rather than a gap.
Teams
Signatures for more than one person.
Can I manage my team's signatures?
Not yet. Each person makes their own signature. For a consistent look, agree one design, palette and set of networks.

Common questions
What is an animated email signature?
It is an ordinary email signature whose photo, logo or call to action moves. The motion is a small animated image sitting inside the same table markup every signature uses, so it plays in the recipient's inbox with nothing to install at their end.
Do animated email signatures work in Outlook?
Yes. Current Outlook for Microsoft 365 plays animated images. Older versions of Outlook on Windows, and any Windows machine with animation effects switched off, show only the first frame, so every animation is built with the finished picture as frame 0. Either way Outlook shows a complete signature rather than a blank one.
Which email clients and devices are supported?
Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail on the desktop and on the phone, and anything else you can paste formatted text into, including most CRMs. A signature is nested tables with inline styles, the markup email clients have agreed on for twenty years, so it survives being forwarded and pasted around.
Do you track when someone opens my email?
No. Opens are never tracked and no pixel is ever added to your signature. Clicks on your signature's links are counted while link tracking is on, because a recipient chose to follow them, and you can switch that off on your dashboard at any time.
Will an animated signature get my email marked as spam?
An animated image is not a spam signal on its own, though nobody can promise where an email lands: spam filters judge the whole message and the reputation of the domain that sends it. What the signature adds is ordinary table markup and small hosted images, with no scripts, no web fonts and no tracking pixel. Every link is checked before it is sent, and what you type goes out as text.
How large is an animated email signature?
About a quarter of a megabyte of images for a design with an animated photo, a logo and five social icons, plus a few kilobytes of markup. There is nothing else to load: no frameworks, no fonts, no scripts.
