Questions
About this template
Should a chief executive's signature have a phone number?
Prism leaves it out, and calls to an executive often go through their office. If yours should be there, Vertex and Eclipse carry a phone line, and your details move across when you switch.
Can my assistant write with my signature?
Each signature belongs to one account, so an assistant makes their own, saying who they support, as the executive assistant template does.
What do board members on older Outlook see?
The finished photo. Older desktop Outlook shows the first frame of an animation, and every design here starts on the finished picture, so nothing looks half drawn. The text is real text in every client.
