01
One look across the firm.
A client who hears from three people at a firm should see one firm. Choose one design and the firm's colours, and have each lawyer make theirs from it: the layout, spacing and type are fixed by the design, so they cannot drift.
Each person makes their own signature for now. Shared team signatures, managed centrally, are not in the product yet, so a consistent look comes from everyone choosing the same design and colours.
02
Regulatory lines, outside the graphic.
What a firm's emails must state differs by jurisdiction and regulator, and changes. There is no field for a notice yet, so add yours as plain text in the mail client's signature box, under the signature. It stays readable with images blocked, which is when it matters.
03
Seminars and insights, with an end date.
A briefing on a change in the law is the kind of banner a client welcomes. Schedule it as a campaign with an end date and it leaves every email the morning after the event, without anyone remembering to take it down.
04
Client confidentiality, by design.
The product never sees your correspondence. There is no open-tracking pixel. Clicks on the signature's own links are counted, and tracking can be switched off for good, after which links go straight to their destination.
